Healthy Mealtimes: Feeding Your Baby and Toddler Right from the Start

"There have always been things my son wouldn't eat (luckily at 11 that list is shrinking) and the doctor told us to offer what we were having and he could choose to eat it or not. [Unfortunately], no matter how hungry he was he would not eat it if it was something he didn't like/want, so we had to modify. Now we offer the regular meal and ask that he at least try a bite of things. Then if he still is hungry he can have cereal, pb&j, or a quesadilla."
